The building is over 100 yrs old and like many others across the country, has “dead” plaster. Working with a Chicago based engineer, we reinforced all 475 linear feet of the Cornice. There was one large Dome and 3 smaller Domes. Our plasterer foreman, did an excellent job making the mold and replacement pieces.

We also patched other miscellaneous plaster locations and spent weeks touching up the Decorative Art paint.
